Instructions
	1) Select a category of themes.
	2) Select a decade if you wish to narrow the number of themes that will be displayed.
	3) Click on the "Show Themes" button.
	In this space will appear a list of themes for the category and of the decade selected.
	3) Select one of the themes.
	On the lower left will appear statistical information such as the mean and standard deviation. Below this information is a menu of items that will control how the map will appear.
	4) Select the various options and then click "Draw Map"
	A map and a legend will replace the list of themes for the category.
