<p>Unfortunately, Atlas makes heavy use of frames. </p>
<p>You can download newer browser software from either <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/download/all.htm?bShowPage"><img src="/ielogo.gif" height="30" align="middle" border="0" ></a> or <a href="http://home.netscape.com/download/"><img src="/netscapelogo.gif" height="30" border=1 align="middle"></a> that will give you the capability of displaying frames.</p>
<p>Note: Atlas uses Intergraph's Geomedia Webmap for displaying live maps. To take full advantage to the abilities of Webmap, you should be using a browser on a Windows machine. If so, Atlas will automatically download a plugin to view the CGM files Webmap generates.</p>
<p>If you are using a browser on a Macintosh or Unix machine, Webmap will generate JPG files for you to view. These files do not have the full capability of the CGM files generated for Windows (such as tool tips), but you will be able to view and list maps on your browser.</p>
